Intro to Arm Balances with Lo

Join Lo for an all levels practice to learn all about arm balancing postures! Learn the rules to make these shapes accessible and strengthen your resolve, upper body and core! Modifications offered to suit all bodies.

This class is especially useful for students who attended our Yoga Fundamentals and/or Core Awakening workshops.

Unlimited Monthly Members:

Full Moon Glo Up with Trae Harris

Come sit with Trae Harris during the full worm moon. This month’s full moon glo up will explore the art of candle magic and the practice of dressing candles as a tool to transform energy and manifest intentions.

This session is focused on planting seeds and grounding.

The Do-Over: Reclaiming Black History Month Through Paint

Join Cannavis for an afternoon of Reclaiming Black History Month (this is the do-over) through painting, snacks and special treats. Come create your own Harlem Renaissance masterpiece that you can proudly put somewhere in your home or give as a gift.

No painting experience necessary.

Gongs and Bongs with Diana Seva

Diana Seva is back again with Gongs & Bongs, a cannabis-infused soundbath experience to reconnect with your higher self.

Tickets: $30 for one, $25 for a pair

EveryBODY is welcome to explore their inner self through the ancient practice of yoga and mindfulness.  Our classes aim to guide you through breath work and postures, geared towards calming the mind and strengthening the body.  Anyone can learn these techniques and practice regularly.  We challenge you to expand your body, your mind, and your soul through the practice of yoga.
