This fun, empowering, and challenging workshop of arm-balances is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Guided by our experienced and knowledgeable instructor, Lo Brown.

Students often over-rely on arm strength and force when working these poses, dealing significantly with balancing the body weight and utilizing leg strength rather than depending only on the upper body. This workshop will help you understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances and make these inspiring poses part of your daily practice. 

Level 1 to advanced students recommended. Modifications will be offered for all bodies.
