One-on-one classes are perfect for those who want to deepen their knowledge of yoga poses and philosophy, meditation, or themselves - to work around an injury or condition, and receive one-on-one attention.

Expect an informative and nourishing experience through a yoga sequence with your body in mind, intentional meditation and hands-on adjustments. This experience can flourish off of your mat with personal emails to follow-up the insights from class.
